No Refund Policy

All payments made to Vega Sports Network are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Player Registration Fees
• Trial Registration Fees
• Team Registration Fees
• Franchise Fees
• Sponsorship Fees
• Advertising & Branding Fees
• Partnership & Association Fees
• Coaching & Training Program Fees
• Event Participation Fees
• Tournament Entry Fees
• Merchandise Orders (unless covered under a separate replacement policy)
• Technology, Software, or Service Fees
• Any other payments made to Vega Sports Network or its affiliated leagues, events, or programs.

Cancellation by Applicant

If a player, franchise owner, sponsor, partner, advertiser, team, coach, official, or any other participant chooses to withdraw, cancel, or discontinue participation after making payment, no refund, either full or partial, shall be provided under any circumstances.

Non-Selection

Submission of an application or payment does not guarantee player selection, franchise allocation, sponsorship approval, partnership acceptance, or participation in any league or event.

If an applicant is not selected or approved, the registration or application fee shall remain non-refundable.

Event Rescheduling

In the event that a league, tournament, trial, coaching program, or event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations, force majeure events, or any other unforeseen circumstances, all payments shall remain valid for the rescheduled event and shall not be refunded.

Event Cancellation

If Vega Sports Network cancels an event entirely due to extraordinary circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the organization reserves the sole discretion to determine whether to:

• Transfer the payment to a future event,
• Provide credits for future participation, or
• Offer any other suitable alternative.

Any such decision shall be final and binding.

Payment Errors

Any duplicate or incorrect payment resulting from a verified technical or banking error may be reviewed by Vega Sports Network. Approved cases may be corrected after verification.

Chargebacks

Participants are requested not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Vega Sports Network. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or cancellation of registrations, franchise rights, sponsorships, partnerships, or future participation.

By making any payment to Vega Sports Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
